PASTOR RETREATS

Our first retreat was held in 2001, and we have held them annually since then. These are special times for the pastors and their spouses, offering a chance to get away together to receive teaching, training, fellowship and personal ministry. Most of the pastors we serve pastor small village churches, and must have a job outside the church to provide for their families. If retreats are offered, they are usually too expensive for the pastors to attend. That is why we offer our retreats at no-charge.

These retreats are a time of refreshing that is much-needed, but is virtually non-existent in the areas where they live and work. One pastor told us it had been his dream for many years to attend an event like this. He pours himself out for his congregation, but he rarely gets poured into himself. He had become very tired and discouraged. After attending the retreat, he felt renewed and ready to go back to his church and village to continue his work for Jesus! These are words we have heard from pastors time and time again.
